MISPRINTED, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Replacement orders are offered free-of-charge if your shipment arrived misprinted, damaged, or defective.
Please initiate your request by filling in your information on the Contact page within 14 days after the product has been received. |
Once your request is received, photos will be requested of the misprinted, damaged, or defective item, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. |
The issue will be evaluated as soon as possible and will be made right! If your order qualifies for a replacement, no worries! It will be reprinted and re-shipped at no cost to you. |
EXCHANGES
Due to products being “made to order” (printed, cut, and sewn, and shipped only when the customer has ordered them), please be mindful that when an order is returned for an exchange, I personally absorb the loss financially if I’m not able to re-sell the product that you ordered. As a small business owner, I kindly request that before you make a purchase, double-check the SIZE CHARTS and other important product details which can be found in the PRODUCT DETAILS section of every item in my store. |

Exchanges are only offered if you order something in the wrong size. Your request must be initiated within 5 days after the product has been received.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. |
To start an exchange please fill out your information on the Contact page. If your exchange is accepted, you’ll be emailed instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. |
Once your item has been received and inspected, you’ll be notified whether an exchange is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be mailed the same item in the size you requested. ONLY ONE EXCHANGE PER ITEM IS ALLOWED . |
EXCEPTIONS - Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items.
The following items cannot be exchanged because I would not be able to re-sell the items in my store. I do this to maintain the quality and hygiene of orders shipped to customers: Underwear, swimsuits, baby bodysuits, or other items that may come in contact with bodily fluids are not returnable if the packaging is opened.
All other returned products won’t be returnable if the item looks clearly worn or damaged.
Buyer’s Remorse: I’m sorry, but refunds are only for damaged or mislabeled products, and exchanges are only offered if you order something in the wrong size – not for buyer’s remorse.
PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of the fulfillment center (for example, incorrect shipping address), your order will be re-shipped. To initiate a claim, please fill out your request on the Contact page.
What happens if a package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was? If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, the cost of reshipping or refunding the order will not be covered.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address.
Reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch." |
Ask your local post office if they have your package. |
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. |
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
If you mistakenly entered an incorrect address during the check-out process, then the package will be sent back to the fulfillment facility and you’ll be contacted for an updated address when the returned package is received. If the package is not received, you will not be offered a refund. You’ll have to submit a new order to replace the original. |
If the fulfillment facility made a mistake in your delivery address, you will be sent a replacement order. |
STOLEN PACKAGES
Businesses are not at fault and not legally obligated to refund or replace stolen packages. Therefore, Sunset Fire Designs will not issue refunds or replacements for stolen packages.
