WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, which is then shipped out. The shipping time can take 3-14 days depending on your location and the product you ordered. Check the product description for average shipping times.
Printful is the fulfillment company where products are printed, cut, and sewn, and shipped only when the customer has ordered them. This method reduces textile waste by only manufacturing products that customers actually order. Since products are fulfilled only after an order is placed, it might take a bit more time for the parcel to arrive, but the eco-friendly impact on our planet is worth the wait!

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
Printful fulfillment company has facilities around the U.S. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped at the facility closest to your location. 78% of orders are produced and shipped in the same region as the end consumer is located, which significantly reduces carbon emissions.
Note: At this time, I do not ship orders internationally, but will consider it in the future as my business grows!
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please send a message by filling out your information on the Contact page.
PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of the fulfillment center (for example, incorrect shipping address), your order will be re-shipped. To initiate a claim, please fill out your request on the Contact page.
What happens if a package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, the cost of reshipping or refunding the order will not be covered.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address.

Reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."

Ask your local post office if they have your package.

Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

If you mistakenly entered an incorrect address during the check-out process, then the package will be sent back to the fulfillment facility and you’ll be contacted for an updated address when the returned package is received. If the package is not received, you will not be offered a refund. You’ll have to submit a new order to replace the original.

If the fulfillment facility made a mistake in your delivery address, you will be sent a replacement order.
STOLEN PACKAGES
Businesses are not at fault and not legally obligated to refund or replace stolen packages. Therefore, Sunset Fire Designs will not issue refunds for stolen packages.
